		<description>I&#039;d disagree as I don&#039;t think it is Google&#039;s responsibility to handle other companies copyright issues - only their own (hence YouTube where they actually host the content). 

In terms of search results and images Google will remove links to any infringing content if you file a DMCA request with them - it isn&#039;t however their responsibility to find copyright infringers for other companies for content they are not affiliated with. It&#039;s like stating that the Yellow Pages should check that every company in its book does not have a product that infringes another companies patent.</description>
